Hepatitis C in the UK - 2012 Report
The most recent national estimates in 2012 suggested that around 216,000 individuals were chronically infected with hepatitis C (HCV) in the UK. Both hospital admissions and deaths from HCV-related end stage liver disease (ESLD) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) are continuing to rise.
